Stag and Hen Booking Conditions
We have had some really great Stag and Hen groups that have stayed at Killary who have enjoyed themselves thoroughly and we likewise have enjoyed having them stay. Unfortunately this has not always been the case due to confusion on what a weekend at Killary is about, so we apologise if the following seems a little demanding but it will benefit both of us if everyone is clear on what to expect prior to booking a weekend stay with us here at Killary Adventure Co for your Stag or Hen.

At Killary we are happy to take Stag and Hen bookings. However we have some rules that need to be adhered to. You need to read this very carefully and then decide whether this is the place you want to have your Stag and Hen. Please make the correct decision, as it benefits neither your group nor Killary Adventure if you are not clear on the behavior that is required to ensure everyone has a great weekend. We are aware that it is the Irish custom to celebrate stag and hen weekends with alcohol. If you are a stag and hen group that intends to take this to the limit and basically this is how you intend to celebrate the weekend (or day) then please do not book with Killary. We are an activity centre, and this is the type of holiday we offer. We are happy for stags and hen to go to the bar or night cub in the evenings but we cannot tolerate any drinking what so ever during the day (even if you are not participating on activities). If anyone is found drinking during the day they will be asked to leave without a refund.
If you are participating on a weekend and you are arriving on a Friday night then you must be sober on check in. We will not allow check in after the pub and you will not be refunded. If you return late from the nightclub or pub we expect you to respect other guests and keep the noise to a minimum. Any abusive behavior to members of the Killary Staff either verbal or physical will be held as a serious offence and shall be treated as so with the Gardai being called. All Stags and Hens will be required to give €50.00 per person deposit on check in. This will be refunded on Sunday after the rooms have been checked. These conditions will be outlined in the booking form if you are confirming a booking with us and it will have to be signed. You will not be able to proceed with your booking until it is completed. It is very important that everyone in the group is aware of these regulations prior to booking or arrival.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
If you are happy to book with us and agree to our booking policy, we would be delighted to accommodate your stag or hen weekend here at Killary Adventure Co. To book, just let us know your dates and numbers (by email or by phone) and we send you out a booking confirmation with a booking form. This booking form has to be returned to us by a specified date with a deposit per person. With all bookings we require a 50% non refundable deposit per person, to confirm the booking, so it is very important to be certain of your numbers when confirming the booking with the deposit payment. There will be no refunds if you turn up with less than what you have confirmed. Final payment is due on arrival.
